World War II veteran Luciano "Louis" Graziano of Thomson, Georgia pays a visit to the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford on Tuesday for the first time. Graziano, 96, was a part of the third wave on D-Day on June 6, 1944, and is also believed to be the last living member of about 100 people who witnessed Germany's unconditional surrender in 1945.
