Catawba Valley Medical Center unveils state-of-art pavilion

HICKORY N.C. – Hospital officials and area dignitaries gathered for the dedication of the new $34 million Catawba Valley Medical Center Pavilion on Monday. The five-story pavilion provides centralized space for cancer treatment as well as for labor and delivery.

“The Pavilion combines human touch with state-of-the-art technology,” said Tony Rose, President and CEO of the hospital during the opening ceremonies.
