Three arrested for thefts of lawn and garden equipment

LENOIR N.C. – A joint investigation led to the arrest of three people officers say are responsible for a theft spree in Hudson and Sawmills.

Matthew Robert Outlaw, 34, was charged with larceny, possession of stolen property, breaking and entering a motor vehicle and obtaining property by false pretense. He was held with a $75,000 secured bond.
